AI plan isn't generating
Make sure you're connected to the internet — AI plans need a network connection. If you see an error, tap Try again. Free users get 1 lifetime AI plan; upgrade to Pro for unlimited plans. Checklist tracking, reminders, shelf, journal, and photo capture work without Pro.
Reminders aren't firing
Open the app → Settings and confirm reminders are enabled. Allow notifications for Hair Care Routine Tracker in iPhone Settings → Notifications. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device.
Photo capture tips
Use consistent lighting and angles (front / left / right) so your private timeline is easier to compare later. Photos stay on your device; they are only sent transiently if you request an AI plan or progress rating.
Restore purchases
Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with. If issues persist, email TQTechOfficial@gmail.com with your Apple ID receipt.
Cancel subscription
iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Hair Care Routine Tracker → Cancel Subscription. Apple manages all billing. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
