Terms of Service
By downloading or using Hair Care Routine Tracker ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
Hair Care Routine Tracker helps you build personalized hair-care routines with optional AI assistance, track daily habits with local reminders, manage a product shelf and journal, and log hairline photos for private cosmetic/wellness tracking. The app is for personal wellness use only and is not a medical device or diagnostic service.
2. Subscriptions
Certain Pro features (including unlimited AI plan generation, AI progress ratings, unlimited photo history, photo compare, and PDF export) require an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple's App Store. Two plans are available: weekly and yearly. No free trial is offered. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Subscriptions.
Free users receive 1 lifetime AI plan generation. Manual routine tracking, local reminders, product shelf, journal notes, and photo capture remain free. Free photo history is limited to the last 90 days. We may change free limits with reasonable notice.
3. Apple Media Services Terms
In addition to these Terms, your use of the app is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app or our API — including automated bulk requests, circumventing rate limits, scraping, reverse engineering for abuse, or submitting illegal content. We may suspend access for violations.
5. Wellness & AI disclaimer
AI-generated plans and progress insights are cosmetic and relative only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. The app does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace professional care. Always consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare provider for medical concerns. We do not guarantee specific hair-growth or clinical outcomes.
6. Intellectual property
The app, branding, and design are owned by TQ Tech. You retain rights to the photos, notes, and profile answers you input. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the AI plan and progress features you request.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AI-generated content, reminders, or the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms or the app features. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
